The Development Division seeks to our equip congregations to answer the particular calling that God has for each of them.  We encourage our congregations to regularly and systematically evaluate their mission and ministry so that they can most effectively reach the communities of which they are a part. We are answering God's call to plant new congregations and we are providing funding, programming, and other resources to help our congregations take the faithful risks necessary to passionately and courageously proclaim the gospel in our changing world.  We place a special emphasis on encouraging congregations to develop disciples and meet human needs in the name of Jesus Christ.
