The Presbytery of Sheppards and Lapsley has a growing Children's Ministry program. In 2012 we will have an Elementary Retreat in the Spring. Look for more good things to come.
For the last several years, in the spring, the presbytery has hosted an overnight retreat for elementary age students in 2nd - 5th grades. This year the Elementary Retreat will be March 3-4 at Poplar Point. The theme for the retreat is Names for God, and the keynote speaker is the Rev. Ross Reddick from First Pres. in Sylacauga.
