The history of God’s people has always been the story of a people on the move. That is certainly true for the Camp Committee of the Presbytery of Sheppards and Lapsley, and for its Camping Ministry.


Throughout the changes in location and new camps, our Mission Statement remains the same.

“Christian camping is an extension of the church’s program of education. It is not apart from, but a part of the church’s educational path to discover God’s will for the world, community and self.”

We covenant your support of, and most especially your prayers for the Camping Ministry during this time of transition. We know that Holy Ground can be found wherever God’s people gather, and that God will be with us every step of the way on our way to Living River!

All camps will travel to Living River. All camps will begin Sunday afternoon and run through Friday afternoon except You & Me.

We are using Constant Contact Events to manage our online registration this year. It should be really easy to use, and you have the option to pay online or by check.
